Every introduction Hirey makes requires mutual consent. The recipient sees the requester's profile and the explanation Hirey wrote for the match, and decides whether to accept. We don't send your details to people who haven't opted in to seeing them, and we don't put you on cold-outreach lists.

If you want to see more options, just ask Rey for a fresh set of matches. For example, you can say: - “Please rematch and show me a new batch of candidates.” - “Rematch.” When you request a rematch, Hirey AI will automatically relax some matching criteria to find more suitable candidates or positions for you.

No problem. Just tell Rey the requirements for your other roles. For example: - “I also need a weekend caregiver in San Jose.” - “Help me hire a part-time nanny who can work evenings.” Rey will create and manage separate hiring tracks for each position.

Yes. During the interview period, you can still update your profile and ask Rey to rematch for you. For example: - “I would like to change my location to XXXX.” - “I would like to update my profile: XXXX.” - “Please rematch more candidates for me.” Rey will refresh your matches based on your latest profile and preferences.

If you find that Rey has mistaken your role, you can reset it at any time. Just send: - “Reset my profile.” Rey will guide you to set up the correct role (recruiter or candidate) and update your experience accordingly.

When Rey sends you multiple recommendations, please avoid replying with just “yes”—that can confuse Rey. Instead, use clear and explicit commands. For example: - “Schedule interview with Maria Chen.” - “Schedule interview with David Lin and cancel the others.” - “Schedule interview with Priya first; keep the rest on hold.” - “Pass on Jordan; schedule interview with Alex.” You do not need to provide multiple time windows—Hirey AI will propose times and handle confirmations. If you have a preference, you can add it: - “Schedule interview with Maria Chen on Thursday afternoon.”

If you join the Zoom link early, you might see a message like “The host is in another meeting.” This is normal. Simply join again at the scheduled interview time. If the message still appears at the scheduled time, you can reach out to +1 208 801 8048 for help.

If you need to reschedule, just tell Rey directly. For example: -“Reschedule my interview to [date/time].” (e.g. “Reschedule my interview to next Tuesday at 3 pm.”) Rey will contact the other party and help confirm a new time.

If the other party does not join at the scheduled time, you have two options: Call Rey at +1 281 801 8048 so we can help you reschedule. Text Rey directly, for example: - “The candidate did not join. Please help me reschedule.” - “The employer did not show up. Please arrange another time.” We will follow up and help you set a new interview time.
